Structured Progression for Strong, Skilled Swimmers

Our School Age Advanced program is designed for children who are already confident in the water and ready to refine their technique. Lessons are structured, engaging, and purposeful. We strengthen stroke mechanics, breathing patterns, and endurance while reinforcing safe swimming habits.

Each session balances technical skill development with encouragement and support — helping children grow not only as swimmers, but as confident young people.

Technique Refinement Across All Four Strokes

We focus on freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly technique. Children improve body position, timing, breathing control, and efficiency in the water.

Endurance & Skill Development

Swimmers build stamina through structured sets and progressive challenges. We teach pacing, turns, and coordinated movement to strengthen overall swimming performance.

Confidence

with Purpose

As skills grow stronger, so does independence. Children develop resilience, discipline, and pride in their progress — all within a supportive, encouraging environment.

The Aquatots School's advanced program helps kids improve their strokes. This prepares them for the exciting world of squad-level swimming.

These skilled swimmers show good technique in freestyle and backstroke. Now, they’re set to learn the details of breaststroke and butterfly.

Our advanced program slowly boosts swimming distances. It focuses on proper strokes to build stamina and endurance. This is key for success at the squad level.
