Welcome to Aquatots Swim School Canberra. By accessing or using our website at https://www.aquatots.com.au and enrolling in our swim programs, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, enrolling in lessons, or accessing any services provided by Aquatots, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Enrolment and Payment

• All swim lesson enrolments are subject to availability and confirmation by Aquatots.
• Fees must be paid in advance per term or as otherwise outlined by Aquatots.
• No lesson bookings are confirmed until payment is received.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if payments are overdue.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Make-Up Lessons

• Cancellations must be made with reasonable notice.
• Missed lessons are non-refundable, but a make-up lesson may be offered, subject to availability.
• Aquatots does not guarantee specific instructors, class times, or permanent lesson slots.
• Credits or refunds will only be issued in exceptional circumstances (e.g., extended illness with a medical certificate).

4. Safety & Supervision

• Parents/guardians must supervise children at all times unless otherwise advised.
• All children not fully toilet trained must wear an approved swim nappy.
• Aquatots reserves the right to remove any student or guardian who poses a risk to the safety, wellbeing, or learning environment of others.

• Aquatots may occasionally take photos or videos for training or marketing purposes.
• Consent will be sought where individuals are identifiable.
• If you do not wish for your child to be included in any media, please inform us in writing.

7. Website Use

• All content on our website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Aquatots and may not be used or reproduced without permission.
• While we make every effort to ensure accuracy, Aquatots is not liable for errors or outdated information on the site.

8. Changes to Terms

Aquatots reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
