Aquatots Aqua HIIT

Aquatots offers a wonderful Aqua program free of change for Aquatots parents. Our popular parent and bub HIIT sessions are a great opportunity to work out with baby in tow. Aqua HIIT is hard and fast, and by adding the resistance of the water, it is an amazing workout. High-intensity intervals with options for exercise modifications make it perfect for all fitness levels.

Postnatal aqua aerobics offers numerous benefits for new parents. The buoyancy of water reduces the impact on joints. Aqua aerobics helps improve cardiovascular fitness, tone muscles, and aid in weight loss, all while providing a supportive environment for postnatal recovery. The water's resistance increases the intensity of workouts without added strain, helping new mothers regain strength and stamina. Additionally, the social aspect of group classes provides emotional support and camaraderie during a time of significant transition. Overall, postnatal aqua aerobics promotes physical well-being, aids in recovery, and fosters a sense of community among new parents. A great healthy way to meet new parent friends.

Our baby boats will see your baby comfortably sitting (sometimes even sleeping) through the session. A HIIT session is a 30-minute workout which keeps the time in the water nice and short for the babies involved. Babies can be 6 weeks-18 months of age.

You can book an Aqua class via the Aquatots customer portal (be sure to book under your name) or via the MEGA mum app. If you are a member of both, please book via Aquatots.
