Cancellations

Cancellations are due in writing before the 1st payment date for the following term. Notifications are required before COB (5pm) on the day before payment will be automatically attempted. There are no refunds available if notification is received after this time or date.


Term 1 payment 1st of December (cancellation due before COB 30th of November)
Term 2 payment 1st of March (cancellation due before COB 28th or 29th of February)
Term 3 payment 1st of June (cancellation due before COB 31st of May)
Term 4 payment 1st of September (cancellation due before COB 31st of August)


This date and policy can be found on the website or in every weekly parent email.
Cancellations are required in
writing. If you do not receive a reply email to your cancellation request within 72 hours please assume it has not been received.


Aquatots runs on a 10 week term booking system and does not provide refunds for cancellations part way through a term.
If you do need to cancel after the cancellation date has passed we are able to provide holiday program credit classes so you can make up missed classes at a later date. Credits will be valid for 12 months from date of issue.


The cost for a one off term with Aquatots is $270 per child, a roll over booking per child is $220.


Broken bones and serious illness cancellations can be made at any time throughout the term. With a medical certificate that covers the term date we will be able to provide holiday program credits for a later date or a hold on lesson fees paid for a return at a later date, this decision is at Aquatots discretion.


Cancellation for moving out of state can be provided with a refund if an out of state forwarding address is provided, 14 days notice required to action this refund.
