Alena is the co-founder of Aquatots swim school and has been teaching since 1998. She specialises in babies and toddlers and has developed an aquatic development program for infants from 6 weeks of age called Aqua Bubbas. She has presented the Aqua Bubbas.
Alena has been with Aqautots from the beginning and previously taught at the AIS. She teaches all levels from infants through to squad level swimmers. She loves seeing the children who start in her infant classes progress throguh to squad level swimmers.
Her qualifications include:SAT teacher of swimming and water safety, SAT teacher of infant and toddlers, SAT teacher of adults and adolesence, SAT competitive strokes, AUSTSWIM teacher of babies and toddlers, AUSTSWIM teacher of swimmign and water safety, SAT course presenter for teacher of swimming and water safety and infant and toddlers, Cert 3 in Fitness, Aqua instructor, Cert 4 in pool and plant room operations, Cert 4 in training and assessing, Assessor for AUSTSWIM teacher of swimmign and water safety

Daniel has been teaching since 1998 and he teaches everything from babies to squad level swimming. He specialises in stroke development in preparation for competitive racing and challenging children
Daniel holds his Swim Australia qualification and the teacher of babies and toddlers. He also has his Bronze level coaching and is a combat fitness leader for the army. He is a qualified Aqua Aerobic instructor and pool and plant room operator. His passion for coaching children and getting them excited and motivated to try and do their best is second to none. Kids love his classes and training sessions and this is shown throguh the awesome number of attendance he has each week

Started instructing swimming in 1975 and has continuously taught swimming since then. Supervised RLSS summer programs in 1977 and 1978. Set up and operated Belconnen Swim School at Macquarie pool up to 1986 and then at AIS till 1990. Wrote and set up the
Debbie has been involved in the intial development of Austswim and attended the first Austswim Course in the ACT. Featured in the early Austswim advertisements with Suzie Landells. Debbie consulted on the initial development of the Austswim Teacher of Infants Qualifications.
Debbie holds not only swim teacher, babies and preschoolers, competitive strokes and adolescents and adults swim teaching qualifications but also a Bachelor of Education specialising in Early Childhood and Physical Education and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration.
Coaching experience was there too, with the development of the Belconnen Swim Club and she held a Bronze Coaching Licence and had attended the Silver Qualifications but then decided that the learn to swim was her focus.
Debbie has spent years sharing her skills as a swim teacher presenter for both Austswim and Swim Australia and lectured at the ASCTA Conference.
ACT representative for Austswim Teacher of the Year in 2013 at Queenstown in New Zealand.
Attended World Aquatic Babies Congresses and conferences since 1996 in Melbourne, Mexico, France, Canada and USA.

Joel has been teaching since September 2007. Joel teaches from babies right through to squad and enjoys all aspects of teaching and all the little challenges that come with each level

Rhiannon has been teaching since October 1996 with all ages of learn to swim as well as coaching squad children. Her passion is teaching the pre school age children because of how excited they get for swimming lessons each week.
Rhiannon has been with the Aquatots family for 6 years and loves teaching all ages and abilities how to swim. Her passion out of the water is training all of the Aquatots staff to be the best swim teachers or coaches they can be.
Rhiannon's qualifications include:Swim Australia teachers, Swim Australia babies and toddlers, Swim Australia Competitive strokes, Swim Australia adults swimming, Swim Austalia teaching people with disabilites, ASCTA bronze coaching licence, Certificate 4 in training and assessing, Royal life saving society's bronze medallion examiner.

Amy has been teaching for 1 year and love's the job. She enjoy's the process of building trust with the students, which in turn enables the student to learn and have fun once that trust has been built.
Ana has been teaching swimming since June 2012 Winner of Aquatots school age teacher of the year 2016
Caitlin has been teaching since April 2017
Cameron has been teaching for three months and he loves teaching the children how to develop and learn new skills
Carla has been teaching since June 2016 and she loves seeing the parents reaction when the children master the skills she is teaching them. She also enjoys getting the kids to love and have fun in the water
Celia has been teaching since 1998, 12 years of which have been with Aquatots. Celia enjoys watching children gain new skills and being pleased with themselves when they achieve this. She also loves knowing that she is teaching them a life saving skill. Winner Aquatots baby teacher of the year 2015
Cody has been teaching since October 2013 and the best thing about teaching for him is seeing their progress and enjoyment, as well as having the privilege of watching all the proud faces on the parents and grandparents as they watch their children learn
Connor has been teaching since January 2014. He is also an Aquatots program graduate starting swimming at 6 months of age he has completed the program at a squad level. Connor's favourite part of teaching is seeing the smile on the kids faces and their progres
Edwina has been teaching since November 2013 and she loves seeing the kids progress and develop a love for the water.
Elaine has been working at Aquatots for 5 years and is a massive part of our front desk and behind the scenes team. She absolutely loves the face to face interaction she gets to have with the parents and children involved in the program Winner Aquatots receptionist of the year 2015
Gabbi has been teaching since July 2014. Her favourite thing about being a swim instructor is being a part of the excitement the kids show when they learn new skill and progress through the levels.
Georgia has been teaching since January 2015 and is great at building a rapport and gaining trust quickly with the children. Her favourite part of teaching is seeing the moment when a child realises they have achieved something new Winner Aquatots schools program teacher of the year 2016
Holly has been teaching since July 2015
Irene has been teaching for 3 years. She love's teaching as she is able to share her love of the water with the children. Being a part of the kid's discovery in the water from floating to gaining the skills of a stroke is her favourite part of teaching. Jaimie has been teaching swimming since July 2016
James has been teaching with Aquatots for 1 year. He loves to make the kids laugh and have a good time whilst teaching them how to swim and perfect their strokes
Jenna has been teaching swimming since 2010
Joshua has been teaching for 1 year. This is Joshua's first job and considers it the greatest job he could have. Joshua loves being able to have fun with kids while teaching them become better swimmers.
Kate has been teaching since April 2016 and she loves teaching all the levels but particularly the Sea Horses. They are so responsive and engaged at this age it really rewarding. She loves watching the kids progress and being a part of them learning this life saving skill.

Kreetika has been teaching since May 2016. She loves everything about her introduction into teaching children to swim. She loves the excitement it brings for the children
Leila has been teaching since October 2016
Lou-Ann has been teaching swimming since June 1996 with 10 of those years running her own swim school in South Africa. She has two wonderful children of her own. When Lou-Ann teaches she feels like each of her student is her baby and she is passionate about impart Winner Aquatots new team member of the year 2016
Luke has been instructing since December 2010 and teaches beginners through to squad level swimming. He has a strong passion for water safety and teaching children a skill that they will have forever and that also may one day save their life Winner Aquatots new team member of the year 2016
Mackenzie has been teaching since April 2016. Her favorite thing about teaching is knowing that she is teaching them a skill they will have for life and being able to have fun while learning.
Neve has been teaching since April 2016. She is also one of Aquatots squad swimmers. Her favourite part of the job is seeing kids slowly progress and get so excited when they master a new skill. Teaching always puts a smile on her face.
Swim Instructor & Reception
Phoebe has been teaching since July 2015. Preschoolers are Phoebe's favorite age group to teach.She loves seeing the faces on the kids when they learn a new skill and build up their confidence in the water.
Pia has been teaching since January 2012 and loves teaching the babies and pre schoolers. She enjoys watching their confidence grow and helping them learn new skills
Rachel has been teaching since July 2015. She has three wonderful children of her own. Rachel loves being able to have fun with the children while teaching them strokes and a life saving skill. Winner Aquatots encouragement award 2016
Sam has been teaching for about 9 months. He loves this job as swimming has always been his passion, and being able to share that with so many smiling kids is an amazing feeling!

Laila has been a swim teaching since February 2012. She loves watching the children grow not only in swimming but as a person. Being a swim instructor is her passion and she loves seeing how proud children are of themselves when they have achieved new skills. Her speciality is Micro squads and teaching under 7's advanced racing strokes

Yasemin has been teaching babies and pre schoolers since 2012 and started her own swim school Swimbaby in Istanbul. She loves teaching and watching the children imporve in her classes. She has a passion for teaching children and babies new things and just really enjoys what she does
